Turbo Fans and Turbo Blowers

This fan and blower equips with vanes (backward, forward and radial) through the spaces between which the gas passes in radial direction. The turbo fan and blower with curved vanes is high-efficiency and it enables to tune wider range of blowing volume. The straight vane type is rather lower efficiency than curved vane type but it enables to tune wider range of pressure. It fits with a case of smaller dust volume.
Application
Even under the severer conditions, it is endurable due to the robustness of high temperature, corrosion, and friction and the products are widely utilized in the below application.

Axial fans

It enables the smaller size with capability of axial blowing and enables to be attached to the distribution pipe lines. It fits lower pressure and large capacity blowing.
Application

Rotary (Roots type) blowers

These products are usable for higher pressure transport and higher vacuum and equipped with the property of smaller fluctuation of blowing gas volume for pressure change. As maintaining a micro space between rotors and between rotor and casing, it does not require the inside lubricant without generating slides. Then, due to oil free property that exhaust gas does not contain oil, these products are utilized in suction and pressurized transport of various gases in chemical plant, air transport of food mill, and exhausted gas treatment at atomic power plant. Asahi Kiko supplies the three lobe types. And it facilitates the vacuum pump to be applied with this mechanism.
