Gas tight structure blower and fan
Gas blowers are the most advanced equipment of our company, and we use the rich experience and technology to select the optimal blower shape and shaft seal structure depending on the application and the gas used.
The casing is a steel plate welded structure, and it has a structure that does not leak by performing accurate processing with a large machine tool.
High temperature fan
High-temperature fans are also the equipment we specialize in, and we use our abundant experience and technology to select the optimal fan shape and material according to the application and operating temperature. The main part is designed and constructed in consideration of expansion and contraction due to temperature change and strength.
Multistage turbo blower
High pressures can be achieved with multiple impellers and machined casings. Select the optimal number of stages and impeller diameter based on conditions such as air volume and pressure. There are two types of casing split structure: horizontal split type and round cut type. The former is easy for maintenance and inspection and the latter is mainly for air and low cost.
Single-stage turbo blower
Suitable for small wind volume and high wind pressure, high efficiency and wide range high speed rotation.
Turbo fan
Compared to other centrifugal fans, it is efficient and can be used in a wide range and high speed rotation.
We manufacture double-sided or double-suction type for large-capacity products.
Radial (plate) fan
We select impellers that are suitable for the dust-containing gas and match the dust properties, and manufacture according to the application. If there is adhesion and wear, there is enough room to minimize vibration. Furthermore, we have designed the two-sided type with rigidity and by making it double-sided according to the capacity and dust conditions.
Wing fan
Suitable for high volume, impeller blades are wing-shaped. It is the most efficient and low noise among the centrifugal fans. Especially, the one with a large air volume is manufactured as a double suction type.
Multi-wing (sirocco) fan
It is the smallest in size compared to other centrifugal fans and can meet specifications at low speed. In addition, it is suitable for applications with a large air volume and low wind pressure.
Axial flow (propeller) fan
Suitable for applications with high air volume and low wind pressure.
It can be installed easily in the middle of piping because it sucks or blows in the axial direction.
