Japan KYUSHU HASEC Co., Ltd. Kyushu coupling was founded in 1970, is one of the world's famous manufacturers of heavy gear coupling. Its products have the advantages of large torque transmission, safety, durability and compact structure. The models have NS series, IUS-A series, IUS-B series, IUS-C series, CBS series and NS series. As a new generation enterprise in Japan, KYUSHU HASEC has developed rapidly with its unique technical strength. From 1973 to 1974, KYUSHU HASEC launched new plant expansion. In 1975, it set up business offices in Tokyo and Osaka respectively. In 1980, it passed the certification of Japan Classification Society and started supporting the shipping industry. In 1993, it developed special coupling for nuclear power plants and delivered it to use the following year. The type coupling has been patented by many countries and regions; since 2000, it has been matched in the field of trains.

IUS-A series IUS-A series is a sleeve gear coupling with high speed, high load, long service life and low price. Applied to steel, paper machine, machine tools and measuring instruments.

IUS-B series IUS-B series has the characteristics of light weight, durability, easy installation, high stability, long life and maintenance-free.

IUS-C series installation size fully conforms to JIS B1456-roller chain coupling; because of oil seal insertion fixture (utility model application), installation can be accelerated. IUS-C series is high-speed, stable, sleeve coupling; low-cost, high-speed, high-load operation.

CBS series can operate at high speed and low noise; can operate under high torque transmission; easy installation, no oil; simple phase adjustment; protect equipment through torque restriction; small reflux.

BS coupling is composed of a cylindrical spring, which is inserted through a spring hole together with a bolt supported by a flange.
The large diameter part of the spring is supported by the fixed hole of the hub. Through the deflection of the cylindrical spring, it is perpendicular to the spring shaft. The spring coupling can adjust the shaft deviation and transmit the shaft torque at the same time.
In order to prevent damage to the spring caused by rust, lubricating grease should be used on the spring in the early stage of installation.
After lubrication, maintenance is not required for two years or in some cases for five years.

The specific types of BS coupling are:

1) NSL Series

The NSL series, with sizes from_to_, is a high-torque coupling with excellent shock absorption and durability, which can weaken the cushioning performance and torque fluctuation, thus avoiding resonance.
NSL series can change the spring coefficient by changing the number of cylindrical springs.

3. Disc Coupling (FM Series)

The disc coupling is composed of laminated sheets with thickness less than 1 mm, which can adjust the angle deviation and torque transmission at the same time, and can adjust the deviation by installing gaskets between the two laminated sheets.
FM series has the characteristics of no lubrication, no maintenance, high torque, high speed and safety mechanism.

4. SD coupling (patented product)

SD coupling, like disc coupling, has the functions of adjusting shaft deviation, angle deviation and torque transmission.
SD coupling transmits torque by tightening and shearing reamer bolts. It is not cantilever mounting type and is reliable in high load or high speed operation.
SD coupling has the characteristics of high performance and maintenance-free, no reflux, stable rotation and good balance.
Specific types of SD coupling are: Double-A Type (FNP), Double-B Type (SNP), Single Type (FF), Clamp Element Type (CL-FNP, CL-SNP), special types.

5. HR coupling

HR coupling can adjust shaft deviation and angular deviation by compressing long spiral spring with high elasticity, and lubricating grease is needed in the area contacting spring disc.
Specific types of HR coupling are: HR-SU Type, HR-UW Type, HR-SW Type, HR-WW Type.
