ITOH DENKI first inaugurated its business as a small motor manufacturer in 1946. Since then, our core competence enabling the entire production from A to Z helped us grow steadily from a small manufacturer to a manufacturer of unique motorized rollers that enjoys majority of global market share. It goes without saying almost every equipment in our production facility are designed and built by our in-house engineering team, ensuring the product quality and reliability along with competitiveness.

DC Power Moller (MDR)
MDR is the abbreviation of Motor Driven Roller, or Motorized Drive Roller as defined in CEMA.
ITOH DENKI developed DC version Power Moller incorporating brushless dc motor in 1988,then developed in 1999,the Power Moller 24 having high speed, high torque and diagnosis capability. Further efforts were made to integrate more intelligence including variable speed, acceleration/deceleration, and built in control logic. We at ITOH DENKI call those DC version Power Moller 24 as "MDR".

AC Motorized rollers

Available in standard industrial voltage. Mostly used for the process or assembly lines, or bridge between machines in FA (Factory Automation) in every manufacturing industry.
Suitable for conveying load from light to heavy duty at relatively slow or medium speed.

AC Motorized drums

Used as head pulley for driving belt conveyor in FA (Factory Automation) in manufacturing industry. Features include space saving design and no oil bath structure, requiring no maintenance.
