NIPPON BALL VALVE

Ball valves are used in a wide range of applications in industry and although there are a variety of products on the market from different companies, general ball valves use a Teflon resin material that easily deforms and becomes damaged and is not suitable for harsh high temperature or high pressure environments.
In addition, general valves are not made for powder or pellet products that are frequently used in industry. NBV's metal touch ball valves connect the metal ball and sheet together for significantly improved durability. The reliable sealability is maintained even in harsh environments and our product prevents problems such as powders or pellets becoming lodged in between the ball or sheet.







NBV ball feeders utilize the high level of sealability from metal touch ball valves to prevent blowup loss which is a problem with general feeders and are also perfect for use in harsh conditions such as high temperature, high pressure and high concentration environments.
We have also developed a drum type feeder utilizing our know-how from ball feeders. Compared to ball feeders, drum feeders have a rotating drum with excellent cubic efficiency for volumetric feeding which saves space.
