Zhejiang Water Pump General Factory Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock cooperative enterprise of the State Economic and Trade Commission for the production of industrial pumps and process pumps, a backbone enterprise of the pump industry in China, a high-tech enterprise in Zhejiang Province and a science and technology enterprise in Zhejiang Province. With more than 50 years of professional production of industrial pumps, process pumps and rich experience, strong technical force, and technical cooperation with Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University of Technology and other domestic first-class universities and institutes, to provide strong technical support for enterprise research and development, production of various high-tech content of industrial pumps, process pumps. All products are designed by CAD and have passed the certification of ISO 9001-2008 quality system.
The company's registered "Zhejiang Pump Brand" trademark has won 25 national, provincial (ministerial) level awards for scientific and technological achievements, technological progress awards, awards for high-quality new products and national invention patents. LDTN series vertical multi-stage bag condensation pump and RII series high-temperature and high-pressure hot water circulating pump have won the first and second prizes of Zhejiang Science and Technology, six national invention patents, TLZ series centrifugal vacuum pump has won the national gold medal of new products, GHR and RII series high-temperature and high-pressure hot water circulating has been listed as the national torch plan, and won the national science and technology innovation fund. There are three series of products, which have reached the domestic and international advanced level through provincial new product appraisal, and five series of products, which have reached the domestic leading level through provincial new product appraisal. It has undertaken three key projects of Zhejiang Science and Technology Plan. As the main drafter (the second drafter), two national standards have been formulated.
The company has more than 500 employees, including 98 professional and technical personnel. The factory covers an area of 58,000 square meters, the original value of fixed assets is more than 580 million yuan, and the annual output of industrial pumps and process pumps is more than 6,000. It has domestic advanced production lines of foundry, mechanical processing and spraying, and open and closed testing centers for pump performance controlled by computer.
